Villas Norca, is a new private condominium with 3 villas – 3 Bedrooms, with common pool, barbeque, garage and garden. The villas have 3 Suite Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living and Dinner Room and Toilet. The kitchen is equipped with: electric plate, extractor, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron and iron boarding. One main room on the first floor and the living room have air conditioner.
LOCATION
In Vale de Parra (in front of Jardins Vale de Parra Reception). The clients can use the infrastructures of Jardins Vale de Parra (pools area, pool bar and reception).

CLEANING SERVICE
The cleaning is daily. 7 Nights booking have towels changing one time per week. 14 nights bookings have linen changed in the end of the first week and towels one time per week.
AVAILABILITY
Arrivals only Thursday’s and Saturday’s. Minimum 7 night’s bookings.

The guest’s pick up the keys and make the check-in, in Jardins Vale de Parra Reception.
Between April and October: from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Others Months: from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
- Animals are not allowed in the villas;
- We don’t guarantee special requests, like: villa localisation in the complex, group’s bookings with side by side or near villas, etc. All these special requests will be analyze and according with our planning we will accept or not, but in the booking confirmation it’s not possible to confirm, only 24 hours before the clients arrival;
- Late Check-Out (until 5 pm) has a cost of 50 Euros each villa(please check our availability one day before the departure). Payable directly at front desk.
