Jardins de Pera is a new private condominium comprising of 25 villas with private Parking and secure electronic entry. The high standard accommodation is on two levels. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One double bedroom with patio doors to the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, the second bedroom has two single beds again with patio doors onto a private balcony. The bathroom has a spa bath and shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. From the landing an additional door leads to the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area.
On the ground floor the kitchen, dining and Living Room are equipped to the highest standards. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential equipment as well as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric rotisserie oven, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator and electric kettle.
The dining area can accommodate up to eight people for a meal using the extended dining table. The settee will convert into a bed for two people providing additional sleeping area. There is also a large sideboard unit, coffee table and a television. The patio doors lead onto the villa seating area which has a table and chairs provided overlooking the garden and pool area.
The entrance hall has the electronic access telephone and under the stairs there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes aimer.
LOCATION
The villas are situated in the traditional Portuguese village of Pera. It is ideally located to meet everyone’s needs whilst on holiday. It is near the beach, golf courses, shopping areas, several theme parks and all main roads.
COMMUNAL AREA
The area is landscaped with two pools, one exclusively for children and a large pool for adults with communal sun loungers and tables for Villa guests. A large barbeque area is available with tables and chairs where guests can socialise.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
4 persons for privacy but can accommodate maximum of 6 persons. Guests are requested not to smoke in the Villa.
CLEANING SERVICE
Daily cleaning is provided except Sundays. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week.
FACILITIES ON THIS AREA
In the Village of Pera there are local shops, bakery, supermarket, market (with fresh fruit, fish, etc), restaurants, local bars and coffee shops, pharmacy, bank and public transport. In addition there are a few specialized shops selling fishing equipment, hairdresser, beautician clothes etc.
All other amenities you may require are less than ten minutes from the ideally situated Villas of Jardins de Pera.

The guest’s pick up the keys and make the check-in, in Jardins Vale de Parra Reception.
Between April and October: from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Others Months: from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
- Animals are not allowed in the villas;
- We don’t guarantee special requests, like: villa localisation in the complex, group’s bookings with side by side or near villas, etc. All these special requests will be analyze and according with our planning we will accept or not, but in the booking confirmation it’s not possible to confirm, only 24 hours before the clients arrival;
- Late Check-Out (until 5 p.m.) has a cost of 50 Euros each villa(please check our availability one day before the departure). Payable directly at front desk.
