In a developing tourist area, but without losing tranquillity, comfort as well as natural surroundings with beach walks and sand dunes, we offer you a tourist complex with 104 apartments: Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including: 3 swimming pools (saltwater pools) one of them exclusively for children, gardens, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a pool bar with an esplanade, a snack bar open all year, a front desk service and private parking (garage and outdoor). Ideal complex for people you are looking for quiet places to rest.
ACCOMODATION The apartments offer modern and simple architectural lines with fully equipped kitchens (microwave grill, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, etc), full bathroom, TV and Air Conditioning. Some apartments also have excellent balconies with pool view and direct access to the swimming pool.
Studios - The studios have the maximum capacity for two persons - living and dinning room with bed, kitchen, bathroom, without balcony for the pool.
1 Bedroom Apartments – Standard or Pool View: The one bedroom apartment have the maximum capacity for 3 or 4 persons - 1 Bedroom, living and dinning room with a sofa bed, Bathroom and Kitchen. Guest can choose between pool view and standard.
2 Bedroom Apartments – Standard The two bedroom apartments have the maximum capacity for 6 persons: 2 bedrooms, living and dinning room with a sofa bed, 1 Bathroom, 1 Toilet and Kitchen.
Please Note:
- Apartments with Individual Beds. Only few apartments have double beds.
- Most of Standard Apartments have road view.
EXTRAS Extra Bed – fee Cot – free for babies until 3 years old. Internet – Access only in reception area. Fee.
CLEANING INFORMATION Daily Cleaning – 6 x per week (except Sunday and bank holidays) Towels Changing – 2 x per week Linen Changing – 1 x per week
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-In: 3 p.m. – 12 p.m. (after 12 p.m. must be informed with 24 hours of antecedence). Check-Out: Untill 11 a.m.
RECEPTION SCHEDULE Between April and October: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Other Months: 8 a.m. -7 p.m.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
- Animals are not allowed in the apartments and all complex;
- We don’t guarantee special requests, like: apartment localisation in the complex, ground floor or first floor, group’s bookings with side by side or near apartments, etc. All these special requests will be analyze and according with our planning we will accept or not, but in the booking confirmation it’s not possible to confirm, only 24 hours before the clients arrival;
- Late Check-Out (until 5 pm) has a cost of 30 Euros each apartment (please check our availability one day before the departure);
- Extra bed necessary for the 6th person in a T2 Standard;
- Extra bed necessary for the 4th person in a T1 Pool View – 3 persons;
- When the extra bed its not requested in the booking, we apply our price;
- When we have availability for T1 Pool View - 4 persons, we don’t accept bookings for 4 persons, for a T1 Pool View – 3 persons.
